What did you eat today? 10/12

I know Lori already posted hers on the 11th but I'm just trying to keep accountable so here goes for yesterday.

1fried egg, 1pc butter toast, 1/2c fried potatoes
1 iced brownie
vitamin water
chinese buffet at the request of my hubby...plate of salad w/ 1tbsp ranch, 6pc salt and pepper shrimp, 3pcs gen tso's chicken, 5pcs honey chicken, 4 crab rangoon w/ sweet and sour, 2tsp baked seafood salad, fortune cookie, 1 almond cookie...I ate a lot of variety but tried to keep smaller portions except for the salad and giving into the crab rangoon (they're soooo good there)
2c taco soup with 1tsp sr crm, 1tbsp cheese, about 6-7 tortilla chips

Exercise: walking at Wally World and Rural King...not much overall
