Did great today! NO overeating! Worked out at Curves - burned 480something calories! Drank some water. Small steps, but I'm gettin there baby!

Great Job motherof3yrold!! I road my bike 15.5 miles in 1 hour. I do not know how many calories. I think about 400. I did ok with food yesterday. Not perfect, but my motto now is "Don't let the perfect get in the way of the good" So we can do this. Baby Steps!! Next year this time I hope to be at goal!!
The past two days have been really busy. We have been doing a "makeover" at work on the building. We were painting yesterday and today. We were out in the HOT sun yesterday and I sweated and sweated. No official exercise for either day but I'm sure there was enough extra activity in there.lol I weighed in and was down 2.6!!! Yeah for me!
Now, to figure out how to change my ticker!? Have a great night, everyone!

Sweet - Glad to be of any help! It is tough, this whole thing of losing weight. While one day I might be strong for you - the next you might need to be there for me. I think that's what's so great about this board!
I overate some today. I'm not letting myself get all upset (although the urge to do that is definitely there). I'm trying to figure out exactly what I want to do in order to accomplish my goals.

When I am sick I tend to overeat. Maybe the medicine will help you not be as hungry. I have just been cutting back and exercising every day. Thanks for your encouragement. If you just ate a little too much, it should be ok. We just have to take this one day at a time and as long as we keep heading in the right direction we will do ok and eventually meet those goals! Try to get some rest this weekend. Thanks for your help.
Sweet - Thanks! I wonder if we could really make this happen without counting this and counting that. I started another thread asking how successful losers have done it. I just want to see if others went about lose a large amount of weight without doing a certain "plan". I do usually overeat when I'm sick, cause it means I'm home and not doing anything. ie. bored. Anyway, today hasn't been bad. I'm doing pretty well. I feel like that if I was telling myself that I had to do a certain diet, today would have been a terrible day for overeating.
I think I'm gonna start a new thread called "127 pounds to lose". Yeah for me!
