2 french roast stick w. 2tbsp strawberries
1 biscuit w/ 2tbsp gravy
1/4c potatoes w/ 1tbsp gravy
6pcs very crispy bacon
4 potato and cheese rounds
16oz milk
1 rice krispie
1 small brownie
1/2 lg brownie
1/2 grilled cheese
1/2c chicken and noodles
1/2c taco soup w/ 2tbsp cheese, 1tsp sour cream and 6 tortilla chips
1/2c chili
1/2c spaghetti
2 beers
2 bacardi coolers
10 pringles
2-12oz sodas
6 roasted marshmallows

I really ate a lot today. We had two cookouts today. The first one was an annual thing for my family. We have a cook off of sorts where EVERYBODY (young and old) in the family makes a dish so there is massive amounts of food and new recipes being tried and tested. This year the newest recipe being tried was onion pockets, little onion pies. My sister helped my 13 yr old make them. They really were tasty.

Exercise: grocery shopping and 1/4 mile on my niece's bike up and down a hill and around the campground.

S: Protein pudding w/ cool whip and 1 oz almonds (8 carbs)

I took 2 days off fat fast and did low carb...  went back on fat fast.

today is the 12th.. so

b.  1 egg yolk w/ 2oz fatty ground beef

l.  1 oz cream cheese

d.  2 egg yolks and 2 thin pieces of bacon

s.  a little of the pork roast.. a taste really

exercise:  only did 30 minutes on the treadmill today after tanning

cw. 206.8 and not getting excited about it

weird day of food, not my typical fare at all! 

Had the GS overnite, so we woke up tired from a day previous of wedding and family style stuff! Severely underate on Saturday, made up for it today.

2  pieces of toast w butter over the course of a couple hours as we were trying to wake up.

nuts, protein bar mix during a bike ride on a rough dirt trail - 1.5 hours, mostly walking my bike behind my 5 yo GS, who was the first to get whiny.

1 hamburger, large fries, small sundae at McD's

5 miles bike riding in the park w the GS's

Tonight:  spaghetti, bread, salad.  Made from my garden tomatoes, been simmering all day long! fresh basil thyme, oregano from our yard too. mmmmmmm

Ooooo the spaghetti sauce sounds so good.

I had an IsaLean shake for breakfast (imagine that!) Today was chocolate with Isagenix greens, extra protein, and extra fiber



Lunch: Isalean creamy tomato soup with extra protein

Then whoa baby it was Sunday

Frozen yogurt at TCBY

Raw almonds

Went to the school with preggers daughter and we speed walked the track. I actually ran almost an entire lap! Well, she said it was an old lady jog.
