Breakfast
1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy peanut butter & sugar-free jam
1 banana
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Small baked fish filet, breaded
1/3 cup macaroni & cheese
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
1/3 cup pineapple chunks
2 cups water

Dinner (this is at Bob Evans Restaurant)
1 biscuit with butter & a bit of honey
1 bowl navy bean soup with ham bits
Stir-fry shrimp with lots of veggies, rice, and a sauce
Raspberry ice tea

Evening Snack
Popcorn (1 microwave package shared by me and my husband)
2 cups water
