Abstinence - 182nd Day

Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Life Cereal
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Small baked fish filet, breaded
1/3 cup macaroni & cheese
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup pineapple chunks
2 cups water

Dinner
1 pork chop on griddle
1 baked yam with margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
3 small scoops sugar-free, low fat ice cream (butter pecan)

P.S.:  Yesterday I sang for Yom Kippur in the Beth El Synagogue choir, which I've been in for over 30 years.  After 1980, I started getting pay for my singing there, which helps alot with our finances.  This is why I had no time to post yesterday.
