1 lg chili cheese dog
16oz ski soda
20oz pink lemonade
20oz sierra mist

I flunked in the food area, today.

East Indian buffet at 11:30 with DH...that's it.  Rocked and rolled at work...just busy.  Left w/no food on me.  Strangely, too busy to get hungry.

Now drinking sum Gin&diet tonic, may eat white bean soup with kielbasa later on.

I did jog today, and do asanas and do ball work.

B: IsaLean shake with Isagenix greens (shamrock shake, quite yum)
S: chai tea
L: IsaLean tomato soup and small tuna wrap
S: Pear (oh my gosh yummy)
D: Convection baked talapia, steamed cabbage with coconut oil and sea salt, brown rice sauteed in coconut oil with raw almond slices

Deeeeeeelicious if I do say so myself. And I do.

Didn't get a bunch of exercise in today. It was a stressful and fragmented day. But we had a lot of walk in lookie-loo customers. One really awesome looking guy in dreads will probably be back for a washing machine. He's a BIG black guy, very handsome, and he has a "Lady Kenmore" washer. I said , "Dude. We have to fix that."
