What did you eat today? 10/09
B: IsaLean shake, vanilla, with extra protein, extra fiber and IsaFruits
S: Small chicken salad thing from Starbucks, wasn't very good at all ew.
L: IsaLean creamy tomato soup which our little gal who cleans appliances had to have some of because it smelled so good.
S: handfull of raw almonds, a few grapes
D: Leftover chicken breast and a bowl of steamed green beans mixed with whole wheat pasta, topped with coconut oil and a sprinkle of 'Spike' seasoning, a little bit of parmesan on top
Exercise on the 9th consisted of a LOT of appliance moving, to the point of giggles. I unloaded the truck for my stud muffin, refrigerator and all.

Lasterday, pretty good, but supper had issues!
1 hour wog before work
1 raw egg + 1 c blueberry/pom juice + 1 tsp rice bran oil shake
Snack: 1 c mixed berries + 1/4 c half&half + 1/4 c fiber one cereal - omg - tasted like heaven.
L: 1.5 c very veggie soup, teensy bit of pasta & chicken in it
Snack: 1/2 c black bean lentil east indian thing + 2 oz lean ham + 3 miltons crackers
Avocado + salsa + svg wg chips
weird supper: 2 slices wg bread, butter, 1 c beef stew, small piece choco cake really really craved bread that night.
