My body loves to chill for like 3 weeks. lol. Just chill and torture me. Still sitting at 206.

The guy Im seeing is leaving..POOF gone. Yesterday he got a phone call for a job, he leaves tomorrow morning at 4am for Texas. He'll be gone for 6 months! Eh, he will be back for the holidays and here and there inbetween. I am just gonna go with the flow because we both really like eachother. He told me last night while in bed, he's like "Can I take you with me?" I laughed and said I cant do that. Oh I wish I could Texas woud be fun. lol. Oh well...going with the flow. I am staying at hi house tonight and leaving in the morning when he ships off..I hate goodbyes. 3 weeks of great times and fun and feelings starting build and WAM ripped away just in an instant.

Anyways with him being gone, means I am going back to my obsessivnes with the weight loss. My friend and I are gonna tack on another work out class. Since we do have cardio Kickboxing on Monday and Wed nights..we are signing up for Hip Hop Kickboxing for Tuesdays starting Nov 4th. But I have what 3 weeks until Halloween...I will be busting my ass these next three weeks that is what I am going to concentrate on Because I will be in the 100's DAMNIT!!!! :)

Sounds like Hip Hop Kickboxing will be making up for the calories lost doing the Horizontal Mambo!

If absence makes the hips grow smaller, you'll be skinny in no time!

Hey...sorry to hear that he is leaving..i cant even imagine..you were so happy and now this..it really sucks for you and I'm sorry!!! But as everyone says..theres a reason for everything..so like you said go with the flow..i guess thats all that you can really do..but i know it doesnt make him leaving any easier..makes you sit and wonder why you though i am sure..

Anywho!!! You know..I have stopped working out so much..I was gaining weight when i was working out..and i know i was toning..and muscle weighs more then fat..but i stopped working out..and i started losing...

So my question is..do you think that you are working out to much..and trying to hard..and you just aren't losing the weight? I may be totally off..but that what it sounds like to me..but everyone is different though too...maybe you should try just walking..and see if the lbs doesnt start dropping. Just an idea!
