BTW, has anyone heard of the nutritionist, Zonya Foco? I just ordered her power kit, whi*****ludes a book and a cookbook. Her approach is "The Power of One Good Habit", which is really incorporating one good habit at a time until you are doing all eight habits. Just google her name and check out her website. no, never heard of her...but love that concept. We talk alla time about how every little thing adds up to success. It is so easy to blow off one walk or eat one more portion....and we try to all remind each other that every little bit accumulates, one baby step at a time.
Peeps tend to blow it ONCE then give up...and that's not good either. Getting back up and taking slow steps is what it's all about.
This is a slow process, it's about so much more than weight loss, too. Do remember that when the chips are down (i say this to you as much as to myself), like when the scale does not move, it's about finding the small habits that you will really do and keep up forever!
