What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
The reason I asked is because I was doing research on the lymph system and they were talking about people who did weight lifting having edema issues because it aggravates the lymph system especially if they've had previous surgery in the stomach region. My plastic surgeon recommended that I have lymphatic massage to help with my swelling in the afternoon from my tummy tuck. Now that we have a fancy schmancy new spa in town, I'm going to have one Friday. I'm going to ask my masseuse about your situation. I'll let you know what she said.

You never did say what kind of instrument you were taking lessons to play. I figure it's those big giant cymbals cuz they're a great workout.
