B: Coffee w/heavy cream
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Chicken breast (4 oz)
   3/4 cup Cauliflower (4 carbs)
S: 5 Buffalo wings
D: Hamburger Patty w/cheese (1 carb for the cheese)
S: 1 oz Vanilla flavored Almonds (4 carbs)

*1/2 half of Biggest Loser is on tonight at 9pm on NBC!!!

I don't know where to go from here...  maybe 500 cal liquid protein per day.  I keep thinking "this can't be happening".  I keep thinking "I'm so tired".  I need to sleep for a year.

Shrink said "I have an idea, but it's extreme".  I got all perky and happy.. listening intently.  He told me to KEEP working my ass out..  KEEP eating like I am.. and ACCEPT that I weigh 210 lbs.  

If I had the energy.. I could have slapped him.

I gotta get another hour or better in today... got andrew first thing in the morning again.

HI Neen!  Jillian's right - those parents/kids are the laziest bunch ever. I could not beleive none of the whole bunch did regular exercise on that road trip! That struck me very odd, and I know not everyone loves exercise!

My day so far:

30 minutes asanas (sleep issues!, no get up, too busy after work to make it up)

1 egg+1/4 c greek yogurt+ lemon flavor + 1 c nf milk

Snack: 1 slice ezeke + 2 tsp pb

L:  3 oz steak + 1 c broccoli/mushrooms/onions

Snack: 1/2 protein bar

Supper:  grilled chikcen breast + biggo salad.

I know!!! I was happy Jillian said something to them.  I was like floored when the purple team (Shalley and Amy) were "surprised" when Jillian took them to the gym.  What were they expecting?  Spa time?  Gimme a break!!!

Work is killing me food wise so tomorrow is pay day and as such means I am back on the wagon.
