Abstinence - 180th Day - six months of abstinence!
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 cans sardines in soybean oil
1 small can beans & franks
2 slices whole grain bread
1 large peach
2 cups water
Dinner
1/3 cup pot roast
1/3 cup mashed potatoes with gravy
1/3 cup green beans
1/3 cup mandarin oranges
1-1/2 cups light soy milk

I've been struggling with my food, hanging onto junk foods and unhealthy foods, until recently. So I've lost around 6 pounds total, but gained two pounds in September, because of some really crappy food choices. On October 1, I decided to give up all the junk food, one day at a time, and also give up foods at lunch time which were alot of calories, and that I had a tendency to overeat on.
