My day's planned as well.
B: L: D: S: all the same today but with a few little snacks sprinkled in.
4 oz Cleanse for Life 4 times today with lots and lots of water.
Started the day off with a brisk walk around the neighborhood, and will end it at the gym.
Snacks are raw almonds, and these little snackies the company makes that balance blood sugar and control cravings. They work, which is wonderfully weird.
I always feel like a new person after these days. Of course, I thought I would do two but then found out I've paid for a networking breakfast tomorrow so I guess I'll find my way around between the bacon and the sausage and get something I can eat...

I spend 20 - 30 minutes on the elliptial thing that's a stairstepper/eliptical. I do NOT know what it's called. Then I stretch, and do some abs. Then I do a series of weight machines. I always go for the arms/chest, and take care of the dreaded bat wings. (Arms are in better shape now than 10 years ago). I like the calf machine and the leg press as well. We're there about 1 hour, 2 -3 times a week. Our lives are PACKED, as you may know, with this retail store and everything that goes with it. Plus I have my business which has been sadly neglected but is still growing. My goal is toning and feeling good, but Grandma does have guns!!!

got andrew first thing in the morning after an hour of cardio so I'm not going back to the gym tonight. It's not doing anything for my weight loss anyway. Thank goodness tomorrow is shrink day so I can scream outloud that I'M FAT AND I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

Yummo! I will have to check out the cauli. I like to keep that in the freezer. Have you ever made that Cleo's no crust pizza w cauli? I made it with zuccini, shredded and my DH went crazy! It was very good.
I got my results from the anal probe: I have pre-cancer polyps! Tubal andenoma (I have to go check that to make sure that second word is right. So, back to working in more fiber. I get remiss.

nothing til 1:00..bad bad: 2 ounces bbq beef + 1/2 c beans
1 stalk celery
1 tsp pb on rice cake
1 c tomatoes with peppers/onions
Supper: 1 c pork + veggies + rice
no exercise, may walk after supper for 15-20 minutes

oh yeah...while they are up the old Hershey Highway, they remove them. Mine were up way high, which is typical. I will get another colonoscopy in 3 years to stay on top of them.
My family has a predisposition to colon cancer, so this is my second screening. usually they don't begin checking til one is 50.
You know how the internet medicine is: i looked at some of the benign growths that people get - holy cow...they are huge ugly things that can block your stuff.
I am surprised about the result, but feel good and glad i have cleaned up my act on food intake. I always have to work hard at veggies intake - that is hard!!!!!! I need to work even harder now. I also have diverticulum starts, little pockets that can trap food and become infected.
