Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Small baked fish filet, breaded
1/3 cup macaroni & cheese
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
2 cups water

Dinner
2 thighs Chicken With Artichokes & Capers (although I used diced pimentos, since I couldn't find capers at Giant Eagle)
1 cup mashed potatoes with light soy milk & margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1/2 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups light soy milk

Sounds like a pretty good menu. I'd be interested in the chicken with artichokes and capers recipe!
