2 cups water

Lunch
Small baked fish filet, breaded
6 Jo-Jo potatoes
1/3 cup cooked peas & carrots
1/3 cup cooked pear cubes
2 cups water

Dinner
2 thighs leftover Chicken Provencal
1 cup mashed potatoes with soy milk & margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
