Fat Fast - day 2
Didn't hardly make it throught the night. I got up hungry and had an ounce and a half of cream cheese which held me off. I don't think it did much harm, and it's one step closer to a good fat fast day.
This thing apparently has a natural diuretic effect... the scale read between 207 and 208 this morning which is .. I dunno.. 3 or 4 lbs since yesterday. I got up at 213 but it leveled out during the day .. oH.. DOH.. < slapping self in head > it could have been that diuretic effect.
Day 2:
m1: 2 scrambled egg - yolks only - w/a touch of heavy cream
1 cup of coffee with heavy cream and 1 splenda
m2: 1.5 oz cream cheese
1 cup of coffee w/heavy cream and 1 splenda
m3: 2 egg yolks w/ 2 tsp of mayo
m4: 3 oz of ground beef w/1 tsp of mayo
Yanno.. I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be.. and usually I don't eat all these meals... I just fill it with tomatoes and onions and broccoli or zucchini. The serving of meat is usually bigger. Of course.. a hamburger patty is 5.25 oz before cooking and I weighed out 3 oz.. like half a hamburger patty which isn't much. Watching Jon mow down on 2 hamburger patties medium w/cheddar, bacon and tomato and a nice serving of broccoli w/cheddar makes me WANT to eat.. but it's not like I HAVE to eat.
Is that "head hunger"?
