Fat Fast - Day 1!
hahhahaa... ok.. I'm gonna see if I can get through a day on this! I'm hoping this will push me through this plateau and bring me into onederland! Ok. I can't ditch all meds, and I don't have the results back of all the studies - but from what I can tell, the only danger is staying on this longer than the 3 - 5 days it takes to push weight loss. It's supposed to be used if induction doesn't bring weight loss, but at this point, I can't find a reasonable place to go with my diet. I can't pick up the carbs by doing more veggies and salads because I don't .. DO NOT want to have to take insulin. Right now my stomache IS growling, but I can't feel it, merely hear it and I just had my first meal. I'm NOT going anywhere until my doc's appt in December, I've left the offensive drug out of my daily do, I already increased exercise... let's see what happens.
It's 1000 calories, 90% of which is fat.
My first meal was 2 egg yolks with 2 tsp of whole mayo.

Well... I barely survived cooking Jon's dinner.. I snatched a shrimp.. I made him shrimp, scallops, broccoli and tomatoes in garlic, butter and olive oil topped with romano. He's making mouth noises as he's eating it! LOL
meal 1. 2 egg yolks with mayo
meal 2. 2 oz of cream cheese
meal 3. 2 cups of coffee with 1 oz of heavy cream in each
meal 4. 3 oz of tuna w/mayo (1 oz more than I should have had)
meal 5. LOLOL 1 cup of coffee w/heavy cream .. it's kinda 1/2 a meal so I'm hoping the shrimp I snitched didn't hurt.
Now.. to get throught the night! I'm gonna get an ounce of cream cheese on a plate in the fridge in case I wake up hungry and can't sleep..
I did 3 hours in the gym.. 2 cardio and an extra weight day (without andrew.. shhhhhhhh don't tell him).

ya.. I KNOW I'm more woman than you sweetcheeks.. about 30 lbs more woman!! LOLOLOLOLOL That's why I'm doing it! When my azz looks as good as yours.. I'll stop all this trippin' and chit and stfu!
I think it's logical... isn't it Neeceers? I can't tolerate the carbs and I'm not losing weight.. just sitting around *****ing and moaning about it. I've been doing a lot of reading and it's a lot EASIER for me to do than the stall breakers.. yanno?
Even the mess up isn't really a mess up cause I aim for the 1000 cal.. but there is also a 1200 cal way of doing it... as long as I don't go over the edge and just RIP into a steak or a bowl of broccoli or anything.. LOL
