Lunch
Small baked, breaded fish filet
1/3 cup macaroni & cheese
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
1/3 cup chunky applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Fisherman's Whart Tuna Noodle Casserole (made in crockpot)
1/4 cantaloupe
1/2 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups soy milk
1 package Orville Redenbacher's light popcorn, shared by me and my husband
2 cups water
