1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Life Cereal
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Country Style breaded steak (small portion)
1/3 cup white rice with gravy
1/3 cup turnip greens
1/3 cup mandarin orange slices
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup tuna noodle casserole, made in my crockpot
1/4 cantaloupe
1/2 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups soy milk
3 small scoops sugar-free, low fat ice cream (butter pecan)
