L: Sausage & Peppers (4 carbs)
D: Salad w/chicken bits (5 carbs)

B: IsaLean shake with extra fiber, protein, and IsaFruits

S: Hot chai tea from Starbucks

L: Egg salad on whole wheat (Starbucks AGAIN - only cuz our Culligan dispenser is broken at the store which means no shakes onsite that lunch time)

D: Went out for pho - that Vietnamese soup I love. GOOD stuff


Activity consisted of ........... oh my. This "what I ate" is actually for the 4th. Excuse me. But I'm not changing it because I typed too much.

Activity consisted of a LOT of appliance moving, to the point of almost muscle failure. I was loading one stove onto the dolly and just started laughing. Today we'll hit the gym.  Breakfast today included putting some frozen blueberries into my IsaLean shake. mmmmmm
