Medifast?

Im interested in doing this, but cant afford to buy products thru the site itself. What are the basics of it and can you do it at home w/out the products they sell? What do I need to know/do to do it on my own here at home. Anyone know? THanks

Nashua Nutrition has low calorie 1000/1200 diet plans on their website that go with the products they sell.  They are very similar to Medifast nutritionally and are much cheaper.

see if you can find someone selling unused products online.  I have several weeks that went unused (Medifast didn't work for me).  I'll be listing mine on ebay soon.  LOL, I won't be charging $80/delivery.
