L: HUGE salad w/tomatoes and olives (8 carbs)
D: Buffalo Wings w/blue cheese dressing (5 carbs)

Total: 14 carbs

d.  beef w/onions peppers tomatoes garlic and chili powder

1 fried chicken thigh
sm bag skittles
roll bottle caps
5 crackers w/ cream cheese
1 vitamin water
hamburger pony shoe
5 fried mushrooms
1/2c almonds

Exercise: 3/4 mile walk
