SAM-e
First let me start by saying that...I ain't sellin' nothin'. My history with hormone induced depression. As some of you know, I have PCOS. Bottom line, my hormones are way out of whack and I am insulin resistant. One of the symptons that comes with all of that is for me, mild depression, for others more severe depression.
Mine is not constant, but when my hormones rise or fall, I get this feeling of sadness, fatigue comes over me, and I generally just don't care. Now that is so not me because I CARE! Years ago, before I got this under control with diet and exercise, doc put me on Prozac for a month and it went away. When Neecee was talking about fast oxidizers being zinc deficient, I also found out that zinc deficiency can cause low grade depression and fatigue.
I said all of that to say this. Two weeks ago I started taking Sam-e for all of this. They say it takes two weeks to thirty days to get into your system. I must say, my symptons got worse for a couple of days before they started getting better. At day ten, I started to feel normal and not so tired, and by day fourteen, I'm pleased to say that the sadness is gone and my energy is normal. I'm not one to take pills needlessly, and I'm certainly not telling anyone else to, but I just thought I'd give you guys a report of what worked for me. This is the one I used.

I love it because it is all natural and something our bodies produce naturally. Unfortunately, it slows down production as we age.
Well, that's my public service for the day. I wish you all..."Good Mental Health"!

Yanno, the mild depression, I could handle. It's the fatigue that kicked my butt. It's nice to have my energy back. It's hard working out when you are constantly pushing what ya ain't got!
I bought mine at Walgreens, but I looked at Sam's and it's cheaper. And it's the same exact thing!
I hope you win!
