What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Today, I bleached my house to get ready for fall planting...not a good idea to bleach pansies! I have four big urn pots and then some smaller ones that had to be moved. I'm proud that when it was time to move them, I did it like interval training. I rolled a big pot and then two smaller ones and then I rolled another big pot...and kept going that way until they were all moved. Then I did the same thing with the patio furniture and benches and small tables. Whew, that was a helluva workout! Ya'll know I'm fifty-one...today I can still do yard work the same way I did when I was twenty-five. I'm so proud that I did the hard work and got that weight off of me. For those out there struggling, it is sooooo worth every piece of cake I never ate and all of the goodies I've craved and didn't give into to. Keep your eyes on the prize my lovelies!!!

Amen sista.. that was one HELL of a workout.. and a lot to be proud of that at 51 you can work it like you could at 25.. not many can say that.
I kept very busy today and I'm proud of that..
Showered and out by 8:30..
Shrink, gym, lab, pt place, wally world, home to cook for Andrew.. did laundry and cleaned while cooking, then back to the gym, then home for our dinner.. and now I'm on my butt!

Look at the stud women on this board! Whoo hooo!!! Congrats to you all.
I had a proud moment, that I was cheerful in the face of much adversity today.
The whiney customer who doesn't understand being on "pay in advance" status when he's $2,000 behind didn't even bring me down!
We had a nice surprise today when the grandkids (oh, and their parents!) showed up at the appliance store on their way through to a camping trip in Wenatchee. We've been working so hard and so many long hours, that it's been impossible to drive the 2.5 hours down to see them. I guess another "proud" was to see these rapidly growing little people and get to hug them and love on them a bit.
Anyway, Janine - way to go, girl! And Mary, you're giving me and my "grandma guns" a run for my money. I didn't even move any refrigerators today...

Hmm...what the heck did I do yesterday.....go****ook the day off from working out. Oh I went to the grocery store to get kitty litter and cat food. Well something came voer me I wanted something sweet and BAD...I actually grabbed a thing of chocolate frosting...put it in the cart. (I used to eat frosting all the time) I started to walk away and stopped looked at the can of frosting and in my head goes WTF are you doing crazy!!!!!!!!!! I put it back and paid for the kitty supplies. So yea i was proud of that I guess.
Well, as much as you kick your own A$$, I'm sure you're muscles were thankful for the day off!
I love those kinds of moments when you're mind wants to jump into old habits and then your brain kicks in and pulls you off the ledge.
I was proud today that I had a perfectly legitimate reason to eat junk, it was the only thing available, and I waited til I got home to eat something healthy. Weeze good girls we iz!
