What did you eat today? 10/01
I'm in love with this elliptical machine thing at our gym. I am not sure what it's called, but if you take small strides it's like a stair stepper, and you can take long strides like a true elliptical. It's a 'Precor' machine. ANYWAY - I remember a few months ago being unable to do a full 3 minutes on it. Now I can do past 30, and I only stop because we are on such a tight schedule being a Mom and Pop appliance store and having to be there all the time. What I'm sayin', young 'un, is that it's that same old slight edge at wor****pt at it little by little until I built up my endurance. I don't do more than 3 days at the gym, and only about an hour each time, but that with the way I eat has allowed me to keep the weight off, or shake it off if I edge up again. I wasn't raised to believe exercise was important, and now at nearly 51 its finally a part of my regular life. It feels good to be strong. It didn't happen over night, tho.
