Mid-morning snack
6 tiny cakes

Lunch
Small crab cake
1/3 cup green beans
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
1/3 cup macaroni & cheese
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup leftover Herbed-Port Potroast
1 cup whole grain pasta
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup raspberries
1-1/2 cups soy milk
