B: Coffee w/Half & Half (1 carb)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Tortilla Pizza (5 carbs)
S: Almonds (5 carbs)
D: Sausage & Peppers (4 carbs)
S: Whip cream (2 carbs)

* Magically, I lost those 2 pounds I gained yesterday so I'm back down to 280.
** I went to my surgeon and she pretty much told me to stop panicking.  She said that in the first year, it's common for a lap bander to lose only 35% of their excess weight and I've lost over 48%.  She kept telling me that it wasn't a bypass so stop expecting those sorts of results.  She's right.  I'm panicking.  I'm still going to continue to do Atkin's and I'm going to continue to walk.

Yea dont stress it and keep on going cuz girl you're doing fabulous!

B: 2 cups of coffee with creamer and sugar

L: Fully loaded chicken taco salad from Taco Bell. I ate maybe a 1/4 of it

D: More than likely nothing.

I'm not feeling up to par right now..I am having what I call withdrawls..from my meds. I have them over the weekend because i dont take the pills and well I dont have anymore so I didnt take one today I get a major headache, feel as if I could fall asleep right here at my desk Im exhausted, and I kinda like wig out a bit in my head...gosh Im a drug addict.  Oh well tomorro will be good doc actually gav eme a 2 month supply for the first time ever!

I will probably take a 20 minute nap to try and sleep the withdrawl away while I tan and then go to the gym for 2 hours since the Biggest Loser is on I stay there and watch it while I kick my own ass.

I'm relieved to hear this!  Good.. good.. so you KNOW you're on the right track.. and just keep on doing your do kitty cat.. and it'll all come together!

b.  1 egg with a little green pepper
L.  1 hamburger sprinkled with cheddar, 1 slice of tomato

1pc whole grain toast w/ 1tbsp pb and 1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2c almonds
1 apple
1oz cheese
2 eggs
1c hash browns
1/2pc butter toast
4 thin pcs bacon
12oz milk
3c taco salad
handful of doritos

Exercise: 2/3 mile walking

I love almonds.

I had my "usual" breakfast shake in the morning

a little lunch bowl from this icky take out Chinese place for lunch, which was "dismissed" shortly thereafter.... I can't do that kind of grease anymore (By dismissed I don't mean that mama upchucks. I just spend a bit more time in the "office" than usual...)

Dinner was leftover homemade turkey soup with massive vegetables!!! YUM.



Snack? Um... don't tell anyone I was sneaking some of the filling part of the Costco cake out in the garage fridge. Not today, tho - back on track.

BUT: we went to the gym in the evening and I spent over 30 min on my favorite elliptical machine and then did some weights. YEEE HAW.


Today I'm back to two shakes because I feel SO much better, even if I have two meals.  And I'm in this massive hurry because I have a meeting in a little over an hour and I'm sitting here in PJs.


Congratulations to all you amazing ladies who are continuing to do the do and are going to make your goal! Of all the things that are a challenge, figuring out food has to be the worst! It's so available, in mass quantities, of the wrong sort!

Time for today's breakfast!!!!! :-)
