Neen, the two pounds may be from eating or drinking late at night, eating too much salt, or something so simple as wearing shoes and clothing that are heavier. That's why they take everything off when they weigh on Biggest Loser. That's why I weigh only in the morning right after I pee and nekkid!

One problem I have is: my scale is in my garage - I will KILL DH if he tries to be funny and hit that door opener while I am all up on that thing in my nekkid glory! He has trheatened to!

Monday I ate bland soft food in prep for my anal probe on Wednesday! colonoscopy!
B: 1 egg + 1 c milk + 1 shot heavy cream + 2 tbsp cocoa + 2 pkts splenda
L: 1 Isogenix chicken soup + 1 rice cake w/pb
Snack: pretzels, sunchips
S: 3 eggs + 2 tbsp bleu cheese dressing cooked into an omelet + extra ched cheese - YUM! 1 gordita flour tortilla + 1 c nf milk
Tuesday is all clear liquids,followed by the horrid drink stuff to cleanse out your tract! I pan to sit in the hto tub between bouts.
