*15 minutes walking
**I gained 2 pounds this week. WTF?? My mom thinks I'm gaining muscle from walking and my friend thinks it's water weight. I don't know if I should continue to walk or stop walking. I see my surgeon tomorrow, so I'm going to walk tonight, and talk to her tomorrow about it. This is so frustrating!!!

I don't know what to think it is with the 2 lbs.. but I wouldn't think that the walking is hurting you in ANY way what so ever. Markers aren't only numbers going down on the scale.. Have you been measuring?
The nnly thing I see in your diet is not enough fat maybe? Let's go back.. are you taking supplements? Using olive oil when cooking? Could there be anything you think you're reacting to here? What about the shake... can you replace them with eggs? I've heard a lot of different things about the frankenfoods.. especially that some people just can't do 'em.
Hopefully you'll get some long awaited answers tomorrow. I, for one, am anxious to hear what your surgeon has to say.

I woke up at 6am to go to the gym for an hour yesterday.
Then an hour of Cardio Kickboxing.
Forgot to eat today...
Making chicken thighs for dinner.. I'll have 2 of them and some zucchini
Dropped 10 lbs between noon yesterday and 15 minutes ago..
212.2 and not getting excited.. Lord only knows where it will be by tomorrow.
I took my meds exactly as directed except for one (oops).. I didn't take that at all yesterday or today..OOH.. and look.. 10 lbs fell off? Hmm.. Gee? Maybe I already have my answer!
Exercise.. 45 minutes of interval training and a lot of bs'ing exercising my mouth.
put 1 scoop of vanilla biscotti coffee and 1 scoop of maxwell house and make 4 cups of coffee. I use a BIG mug... use 2 splenda, sugar free french vanilla, sugar free whipped cream.. and drizzle some of the sf french vanilla over it..
can we say that it tastes like pure decadence! Ok.. it's a big carb fest... 1 carb per tablespoon of the french vanilla and I may use like 4.. and 1 each for the splenda.. and I count 1 for the coffee... but on occassion I won't do any carbs and spend 'em all on that coffee!!
M1 - 2 hamburger patties
lettuce/pickles (sour ones, not the sweet ones)
diet coke
M2 - 1 atkins advantage bar
M3 - salad (romaine/chicken/bacon/cheddar/blk olives/ranch)
1/2 small tomato
M4 - hamburger patty
advantage bar
diet coke
drank lots of water
75 minutes in the pool
****Question**** The advantage bar says it has 2net carbs. By math (Carbs 15/ Fiber 7) it should be 7. What gives?
I'm not going to tell you what to do but from my experience; I was eating low carb treats/bars for two weeks and my weight went no where. When I got off the bars, and stuck to basics, my weight started moving. Maybe you'll go forward eating the bars - could just be my ****ty metabolism. Just thought I'd give you a heads-up.
