I must ask, why i the world isn't a few folks 'round here about 120# and fighting lean? All they seem to eat is fat & protein?

It seems to work very well for folks who are happy with about a 33% total excess weight loss. (which is certainly NOTHING to sneeze at whether that 33% = 150 or even 75#).
Very few lose to goal weight with this method. I've read from hundreds of folk right here on these boards!

Hell if I know.. I wanna know why I'm losing bs control too! I wonder which is the way to go from here.
I'd say I'm down about 75% of the excess.. but it's a struggle. I have read about people not getting to goal.. or getting there and going back to carbs and regaining and about struggling with staying on plan.. but there was one site that gave me some hope... that Living la Vida low carb? This guy went all the way and is just going strong.
I'm certainly not happy stopping here with my own weight loss... I'm just at a loss as to what alternatives there are. For now.. it's keeping it at bay which is a Godsend and I can probably do this for as long as my forever lasts. I wanna know how to punch through to more weight loss though........... this has been puzzling me.

Weird food yesterday.. trying to get back into the swing.
was on the road so I got a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin without the muffin
1 slim jim
got home around noon and had 2 eggs and a sausage patty
Jon picked up take out.. not too shabby
Ocharley's burger with no bun and some plain chicken wings.. (I had three of them)
Within hours yesterday I let go of a bunch of fluid.. AMEN I just hung out with my legs UP and my ass down all night.. man.. the tailbone really gets to ya in a mustang.
I love my cave... I'm so glad I'm home!
