2 pieces french toast with whole grain bread plus margarine & sugar-free syrup
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Lunch (at Panera Bread)
1 bowl southwest corn chowder
1 tuna fish salad sandwich on whole grain bread with veggies
2 small bags potato chips
1 lemonade
1 brownie

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with light soy milk & margarine
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate graham crackers
