no exercise

1 proteindrink + 1 orange

NO candy like all others ate.

Road food warning!!!

1 - 7" beef/mushroom/cheese sub + 5onion rings

1 hi pro choco bar

Supper:  4 oz steak + 1/2 large baked potato + 2 tbsp sour cream + 4 gin tonics (and counting) + 1 c salad w/bleu cheese

Party day, lotsa food in the PM

B: IsaLean shake with all the added goodies (scoop fiber, scoop calcium, IsaFruits, extra IsaPro to total 41 gm protein)
S: No time for snack; at the store cleaning appliances
L: Chocolate IsaLean shake with Isagenix Greens (Finally restocked, thank goodness - I LOVE my greens) 18gm protein 5 servings veg
NOTE: When blending a protein shake do not, out of curiosity, take the lid off to "look". This does not end well.

D: Oh my here's where the day fell apart. Had a bridal shower at our house whi*****luded a full wine tasting. This was awesome, and would have even been better with cooperative guests who ordered wine for the bride as they were supposed to. BUT the food! (YUMMY)

I have NO idea how much I ate of what. We had all Trader Joe's healthy food, but lots and lots of it
Fresh veggies with spinach parmesan dip
Pita chips with hummus
Grapes
Tomato and mariniated mozz cheese picks
Roll up flatbread sandwiches with turkey, veggies, cream cheese
Wine wine wine wine
Chocolate cake with cheesecake mousse filling


I feel like a blimp.  But with two - three shakes today and a gallon of water, I'll let it go. I don't wanna eat like this often!!! Thankfully, I can sometimes.

I was absolutely horrible with eating yesterday and I just didn't give a rat's ass.

I had picked up a small fruit tray and a small tray of pepperoni, cheese & crackers so I had something to offer Friday (while in the suite).... and yesterday I just started picking on the leftover fruit.. ate a cracker....  and was drinking diet t and coke zero like a fish.  I had breakfast late (recovering from a small hangover).. um.. 2 eggs and a hamburger patty.. so I started off good... then just went all to hell.  OH.. then had dinner with the child..  I ate 2 beef terriyaki - 2 chicken terriyaki and 2 ribs.. and those ribs were sweet.

Ah.. what's the diff... a couple more pounds.

I'm home and weighing in at 222!
