Hey Neen, what brand of hot wings are you buying?  I love them, but haven't found any low in carbs.  They have too much starch in them.  I'd KILL for a good hot wing!

Mary, it's really easy to make your own. Fry or bake chicken wing pcs. Mix 1/2c hot sauce (I use Franks) and 3 tbs butter (I use more sauce and less butter cuz I like mine HOT). Dip cooked pcs in sauce. WALA! Hot wings!!!!

Thanks Beth, who knew it was that easy?  I thought it was some exotic sauce they put on them.  I'm going to use Louisiana Hot Sauce cuz I like mine hot, too. Combust

Hey Mary - Today I ordered from Papa Johns - they're 1 carb per two wings.  I like buying Weaver wings - I think they're 1 carb per 3 wings.  I never eat more than ten.  Frozen TGIFriday wings are 5 carbs for the whole box (I think includes  10 wings)

Thank you ma'am...now I have new places to eat out.  I usually try to avoid Papa John's like the plague, who knew I could eat there?  How ya feeling about Atkins, lately?  I think you're doing great!

I'm alright on it.  As long as my weight keeps moving down, I've got motivation to stay on it.

Neen, you've already lost soooooo much weight that it is going to be a li'l slower for you now.  But as long as you can absorb that fact and know in your heart that you will get there eventually if you just keep walking, then I have faith that you can do this.  And you KNOW that if I did it, anybody can do it!!!  I'm cheering for you Girlee!

This is my first day on Atkins. I've ordered the book, and I should have it in a few days.

M1 McD's double chzburger plain no bun
      Coffee 2 H&H/Splenda

M2 Subway Grilled Chix salad ****burg/spinach/2 tomato slices/black olives/chz/Ranch dressing)

M3 2 hamburger patties
       1 slice chz
       2 eggs scrambled

Lots of water/crystal light

I don't normally eat out often, but I was on the go.

I appreciate/welcome any feedback.
