B: Coffee w/cream (0 carbs)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Bologna & cheese roll ups (2 carbs)
D: Roasted chicken & Cauliflower (5 carbs)
S: Whip Cream (3 carbs)

Carbs: 11

*15 minutes on the treadmill (if it's not raining, I might to go the track at my local high school, but I think it's going to be raining.  Boo... )

Fish and chips (2pcs fish, about 1.5c fries, 2tbs tartar sauce)
4 pcs licorice

Exercise: 1/4 mile walk
