1 philly panini (Stouffers)
2 -2" caramel pecan cookies
1c meat chili (no beans) w/ 1 hotdog
snack bag chili cheese fritos

Exercise: 2/3 mile walking

B: Vanilla IsaLean shake with good stuff in it

GYM time, elliptical ala Lori with a record (new) 38 minutes YEAH BABY while watching that Adam Sandler movie where he has a remote control thing. Highly distracting. Mama was highly sweaty.

S: IsaLean bar 'cuz I was hungry.

L: IsaLean shake (see a trend today) Vanilla with orange yumness

D: Mongolian grill


S: 1/4 c cheese style yogurt with xylitol and vanilla

Yesterday lets see it was my dad's b-day. I knew I was having cake and I hadn't eaten since Wed Afternoon. Ugh I was STARVING.

B: ZERO NOtta
L: Same

D: Small portion of Venison tenderloin some mushrooms, a wheat roll, half of a baked potato with sour cream, and some steamed broccoli.
CARROT CAKE OMG with the best cream cheese frosting it was a deadly samll piece of the corner..oh it was so effin good. lol

I took the day off from exercising since I have been killing myself over it....

I had five 100 calorie cheese sticks
a coupe of small slim jims
10 olives
about an ounce of macadamias
2 pkgs of Oscar Meyer shaved turkey
4 diet 7ups
4 diet snapples

WAIT... that was just while I was driving for 10 hours...well... the drinks went on through the night.

Then my kid came to my hotel and we ordered out....  I ordered a ham and cheese sub from hungry howies without the bread (which made it mostly veggies

I picked he meat off of a meat lovers piece of pizza

OMG..I know there aren't a lot of carbs there.. but it was an AWFUL lot of food.

This morning I grabbed a couple of eggs and a couple of pieces of sausage from the buffet downstairs.. and tonight I'm dining out with studly (if I don't cancel between now and 6).  I'll probably have a piece of fillet mignon with nothing else.. OH.. I may have to have some SERIOUS ****tails in an attempt to kill the bug that is up my ass!  (maybe a couple of stoli gimlets).
