So, I'm like really old and at first I read that as "modest necktie". Then I laughed because, dude, that's funny. Victoria's Secret - modest necktie. Oh gosh. Gramma needs glasses. However, laughing does relieve stress. Not as well as what happens in neckties, tho... IF you know what I mean.

My two cents?  Celibacy is no fun....go for it if you're in the mood.  Those flimsy negligees (sp?) only last two seconds anyway....turn off the lights and light a candle.

Doesn't a manicure and pedicure do wonders for the psyche?

I am proud that I walked with my puppy (instead of the treadmill) and I ran for 30 seconds, twice, and walked very fast.

 I love emoticons. Way To Go Janina! Something about "real" walking that is a bit different than treadmilling. Walking outside in the fresh air is  refreshing! I just read a thing that said if you do regular movement, and spice it up with some bursts of extra effort, it more than doubles the effectiveness. Hmm.

I'll tell you what I was proud of today. However, first of all, Mary, you ROCK for sucking down tha****er. In my experience, once I actually got what I was supposed to have, I started WANTING that much. But at first it was very hard to do. Of course, I started my health journey figuring I needed about 100 oz of water a day, and that a gallon had 64 ounces. With that "little" math error, I was always very near a facility. 11 days later I read the thing and went "oh". I'd been drinking one gallon plus two 16 oz bottles. DAILY, girls.

But I digress.

Today I was proud that I handled, with pretty much dignity, a customer at our store being incredibly rude and unreasonable. Everything in me screamed "UNFAIR!" and I seriously wanted to argue, you know, prove my point. But I thought... what's the point, really? So I, YES ME, I shut up.
I shut up. That's what I am proud of today. Shutting up. <--- that's what I was thinking, though..
