What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
WATER!!! 
I'm proud that I'm trying...damnit!
As you know, I'm on Atkins and they recommend eight glasses of WATER a day...not counting other liquids. Well, for some reason, I have a problem with that and lately I'm ashamed to say that I'm just not cutting it. So today, I've gotten in 56 ounces and I'll drink the other glass with my dinner and vitamins.

I went shopping.. not so proud.. gonna return everything.. I look gross..
I did get a manicure and pedicure today... that was different.
I'm leaving early am.. like 4 or 5....
.... and well.. I had two dates on top of everthing else.... but i'm canceling on... just gonna have dinner with young studly and make a quick exit from his car back to my hotel. They don't make enough MATERIAL to cover what I need to cover! LMAO

I'm not trying to talk you into anything you're not ready for, but if I could have a good time at 320 pounds, you should be able to have a GREAT time.
And if that doc of yours doesn't come up with an answer for your off the chart fluid retention, use those store bought nails to rip his eyes out of his head!!!
