B: 1 egg, 3 white omelette with shredded cheddar
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, almond extract, cinnamon, Splenda
1 stalk celery
L: hamburger/cabbage stir fry type leftovers
steamed broccoli
S: Atkins shake
1 string cheese
D: grilled tilapia
a whole big ass serving of steamed broccoli (at Red Lobster tonight)
sneaked 2 pieces of coconut shrimp of SO plate (yummy)

1st breakfast: IsaLean vanilla shake with Isagenix greens and extra fiber
2nd breakfast: (yeah, really!) Veggie omelet with fruit
3rd breakfast: Just kidding
Lunch: IsaLean chocolate shake. Insight: do not add citrus to chocolate shakes, it tastes TERRIBLE. But I choked it down anyway. *shudder* what was I thinking???
Snack: Sliced fresh pineapple my daughter had temptingly on the counter
Dinner: lightly steamed green beans topped with olive oil, seasoning, and sliced raw almonds
Sauteed ground turkey with mushrooms. 1/4 c brown rice
