L: Huge salad w/chicken, olives & tomatoes (8 carbs)
D: Buffalo Wings w/blue cheese dressing (5 carbs)

5 HB eggs (sounds like a lot, but these are my go-to food...1 preworkout, 2 postworkout breakfast, 2 snack)
1 packet of mayo
1 serving of meatloaf (made with pork, veal, beef and pork rinds...oh how happy I am I discovered this recipe)
Chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
sugar free jello
salmon patty
asparagus

Should come out to about 1300-1400 calories.  Carbs should be about 10-15...I think.  Fitday is on home PC.

I did an hour and a half of cardio this morning, including my 5k training.  (Can you believe I'm doing that????)

I'm attempting to lower my calories on alternating weeks or more, to see if it shakes things up.

My girlfriend and I go every year....this was our 6th annual trip.  We leave the men at home and spend the whole week just soaking up the sun, playing in the ocean, shopping and (unfortunately) eating.

Go for that 15 minutes darlin'.. I know you can do it!!
Just.. get on it.... and go as far as you can... 5 minutes. .. 10... anything is that many more minutes to good health!  I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!  Your will and determination is yet another testament to all that talent you have!!!!!!!
....... and ps.. I'm gonna get to hear you play.. you need to make me a tape!!!  (((Janina)))

Today..
B.   2 whole eggs w/2 slices of provolone

L.  1 egg w/1 slice of provolone

D.  I've got a couple of things going on.. I dunno.  I have chicken thighs w/oregano, garlic and parmesan in the oven and on the stove I have shrimp, scallops and broccoli w/butter, olive oil, freshly chopped garlic, tomatoes and basil.  Jon always takes leftovers for lunch, but I'm hoping that shrimp freezes well cause I'm trying to prepare meals for him for when I'm gone this weekend.  Ah.. he'll eat... I'm also gonna put up a low carb chili for him and I froze some of that nice chickie soup I made last night.

Exercise:
70 minutes of PERFECT interval training this morning
60 minutes of PERFECT interval training from 4 - 5
Andrew from 5 - 6 and my little boy was brutal today... felt good.  It was good I took yesterday off.. it was good I was too sick to go because today I had a lot of cohonas in there today.

My trainer started a new full time job with all the good stuff he needs for a growing boy.. like responsibility and benefits... great job!  So he's dropping most of his clients except just a couple of us - so he'll be working us at different hours instead of all mornings like he and I were doing.  It's cool... I'm glad I'm one of the people he chose to stick with so I'm more than happy to work around his schedule...(we've been together so long now).  I'm so happy for him!  He had his first day of orientation there today and they made a fuss over his physique when they were showing the trainees the gym.  :)  He certainly works for it!  I was so hoping he'd do the professional cycling.. but.. he's still racing on the weekends... and still has his shot to model for men's fitness mag!  What a good boy.  (I'm proud of him).

OH.. and Andrew called and arranged to have me tested in one of those tanks in Columbia.  He's so good to me.... God really blessed me by putting me together with this boy.  He's just SUCH a  good boy... I'd love to have a son like this!  LOL
