Girl, if anyone deserves to rest, it's you!
Exercise: None
M1: 1 cup of homemade black bean soup
M2: 1 cup of white cheddar popcorn; 4 oz. soda
M3: Lunch w/my mama at Cafe Express; we shared soup and salad and for once in my life, my skinny mama ate more than I did - 1/3 of a salad - lettuce, vinaigrette, grilled chicken, pesto pasta; 1/2 of a small bowl of new potato soup - not thick like potato soup usually is; black currant iced tea w/splenda
M4: bottle of Isopure protein drink
M5: 1 cup black bean soup
The weather is hot again so thankfully I have air conditioning. Will walk the @ the park when it cools off.
The soup came out pretty good.. it's been so long and I was just dying for something to settle me. OH.. I didn't mention that I got sick (both ends) after trying to do two cups of coffee with coconut oil.
CW. 216.. dayem.. 10 lbs in a week.
One way not too many people advocate, but I must say it worked for me is to do 10 minutes at 3 different times in a day to get in your 30 minutes. After a while it becomes easy to do 30 all at once, but for now.. baby steps!
You're doing so good girl!
