What did you eat today?

Last night (well, started at 5pm) went to a wedding with my beautiful daughter. She's 6 1/2 months preggers with this guy's baby, and he's being really dumb. He was there with his new g'friend, so it was highly emotional for her. We had horses ovaries (I love saying that instead of Hors d'Oeuvres) rather than a real MEAL, and some fruit, and then little sample desserts.
Today, however, was semi-normal.
Started with a breakfast shake (what else!!!)
B: Vanilla IsaLean shake with olive oil, extra fiber, extra protein, and IsaFruits
S: None, jus****er and green tea
Worked out at the gym, did 20+ minutes of elliptical which was awesome, then lifted weights
L: IsaLean tomato soup and little cute slices of bread with tuna salad
D: Hmm... haven't thought about dinner. Prob gonna do a chocolate shake with my little girl (IsaLean shake, not something gross!!!!!)
Snacks for Sunday: Raw almonds, kalamata olives, some whole grain cereal
I find doing two + shakes a day is making me very strong - stronger than I've ever been due to the whey protein. I am also not being taken by the frequent flu and cold things that come along here. And adding the GOOD fat, like olive oil, just keeps the bad fats from accumulating both in my blood vessels and on my butt. I wanna win the contest, after all.
