1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Small salisbury steak, no gravy
Wild rice
Mandarin orange slices
Mixed vegetables
Small box raisins
1-1/2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
2 cups water

Dinner
1 pork chop, grilled on griddle
1 baked Yukon Gold white potato with margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
Strawberries
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream
