What did you eat today? 9/18
b. ate what Jon leftover from his breakfast.. like a half a fried egg and about 1 oz of steak
s. 1 fried egg w/1piece of bacon
L. 2 fried eggs and 2 pieces of bacon
s. 5 olives
D. I have a turkey breast in the crockpot.. so we'll see... I 'm hoping I can sleep my way through to tomorrow.
Exercise: 45 minutes of cardio (interval) and 1 hour of upper body. I was going to go back for another hour but I'm in a bit of a funk. I spent the day locating doctors and making hotel reservations.. making phone calls.. yanno.

30 minutes asanas - prayed for all of us to maintain and grwo prosperity in money matters!
1 scoop Isogenix + 1/2 avocado - very much a hunger-killer!
1/4 protein bar + 1/4 c walnuts
L: soy based sauce on chicken in lettuce wrap
45 minute wak in big hills after work
S: 1 c gazpacho
Supper: fresh ground hamburger, grilled on bun with tom, onion + 1/2 c beans + 1/2 c rice w/peppers
30 minute walk after supper - baby pace
then I ate 1/2 hamburger patty. DH ground up short ribs and o.m.g how awesome

I went to TOPS for the first time in 3 weeks tonight. I gained 8 pounds according to their scale. Well, no wonder, this week I have eaten absolutely EVERYTHING. I just went crazy this week is all there is to it. Well, I'm back on the wagon. Time to stand up and go at it again.
I also found out I won an award through TOPS for losing 10 3/4# over the summer months. WTG me. As you can see tho, I put it right back on. I will contribute a small amount og the gain to my period but I know it not even close to 1/2 of it. Some accomplishment, huh?
Well, anyway, I'm back at it.

Wow... finally found my way back to this wonderful place :) I've been a busy busy girl!
Today was a wirlwind, as I'm trying to finish up this ENORMOUS paint project in my house. Next time I say I want to paint my living room, kitchen, all hallways... somebody please SLAP ME! Cathedral ceilings are wonderful, except when it's time to paint!
At any rate.
Today I ate:
B) strawberry smoothie made with flax, strawberries, plain yogurt, banana and a little 1% milk.
L) slice of wheat bread w/butter
D) 2 slices of pizza and 2 mikes hard lemonades
dessert... motrin! LOL
I only have 2 hallsways and the kitchen left to do LOL

Cleaned entire house for the sweat of it... no moving of appliances today for THIS mom
