What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

I'm proud that today I have been looking on line for new recipes for Atkins OWL.  I know that sometimes by staying on the same plan, we can get bored with eating the same thing week after week.  I'm a little 'flavor' freak....I love spicy food, it's a Cajun thang!  So today, I did some experimenting with sea salt in my salad...taste like salt to me, it's gude.

So I encourage those who have been at this for a long time to shake things up and try something different.  Keeping flavors interesting is important to not going looking for foods that are off plan.  Like a whole pizza!

Peanut Butter Cookies??? Nervous Girl, you are a ROCK!  Yesterday at Sam's, I bought some Atkins Peanut Fudge Granola Bars.  They are to die for and kinda tastes like a cross between a Butterfinger and a peanut butter cookie.  And they're approved for Induction!  How cool is that?  I also bought some Atkin's Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, but I haven't tried them yet.  I'll get back to you on how they taste.  Finally, sumpn' for Induction that tastes great, unlike those old breakfast bars that made me want to barf. Vomit 2

Keep sayin' no!

Yay, Mary! That is a great way to keep things fresh.  I love cooking, and low carb cooking is fascinating.

My proud was my bike ride before work.  And the best part...i was no starving all day over it, either! That was luck, not anything I did.

Hey Mighty Bike Girl, Bike Riding sounds like that IsaLean is working for you.  Now that I can start adding low carb tortillas to my menu, I feel like it's opened up a whole new world!  I LOVE Mexican food.  And we all know that you like Mexican beverages! Brows

I was proud, yesterday, that I cleaned 4 electric stoves, moving them in and out of the store for their baths. I wired one, and now have 6 stoves ready for sale to help our floundering business. I was SORE at the end of the day, but proud. Also, I had three Isa meals yesterday (Two shakes and a chocolate dipped honey peanut bar) so that I could have the strength to do what I did. Today is home based business day, so no stove moving for ME! Hubby and I took a good brisk walk this morning, though.

Congrats to Janina (YAY for girl power) and thank goodness Awesome Bottom has her power back!

What a strange workout routine you have.  Walking and bench pressing stoves. Thinking
