Abstinence?! - 159th Day
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup raisin bran
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Breaking abstinence
1 small piece of white bread, taken from middle of slice, to cook bullseye egg for client
3 broken Ritz crackers
Lunch*
3/4 can black-eyed peas
2 tins sardines in mustard sauce
1 medium whole wheat pita pocket
6 dried apricots
1 small box raisins
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups Nothing -To-It Chili
1/8 loaf cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
*Breaking my abstinence in the morning at my client's messed up my determination to stick to my written lunch plans. Instead, I ate too many sardines, too many black-eyed peas, and too much dried fruit. I will get back on track by dinner time.
