Came home and made an IsaGenix shake with 1 scoop chicken flavored soup + 1/2 avocado. Sounds gross, but it was very very good! Thanks, Ruthie!
Taking to work: 1 grilled chicken breast + gazpacho
ETA: I ran of without my stuff! So, for lunch I had 3 oz gr beef + 1/4 c beans on salad with avocado and salsa.
ETA: I ate 3 beef sausages in place of the 2nd half of my bar~
one premium protein bar that will be done in two halves
Supper: oven crisped chicken breast on romaine, tomatoes, greek olives, cesaer dressing.

I'm heading off to our store for some more intense appliance workout time. Ha ha... I even throw dishwashers around, which is one of the things I'll do today.
SO... My food day isn't as planned as yours but does NOT include popcorn or beer...
Breakfast was an IsaLean shake, vanilla with the IsaFruits and Greens. Sounds familiar; I love the taste of that shake so I stick with it. The fruits equal 5 servings, as do the greens, so I get a full day's fruit and vegetable phytonutrients in my shake - like insurance sorta. :-)
Lunch? Hmm. I'm thinkin' about straying from the chocolate shake today and having Trader Joe's roast turkey on one slice of whole grain bread, yogurt, and an apple. We'll see.

Well I'm adding in more fats like you recommended Janina. I'm having a hell of a time with flex. I've learned this past week that I either really under eat in calories, or I go way overboard (my eat out days). When I'm in the house I tend to eat healthy...and I guess (that I'm learning) not enough calories. Then I go out to eat and make up the difference in one day, plus some. I'm feeling extremely guilty eating real mayo and butter. But it's worth a shot! LOL, wish I felt guilty of this when I ate out. Weird eh?? If this week doesn't get easier I'm switching over to Core where I know I fit in. I just REALLY want flex to work since we eat out so much. Figuring out how to eat all these points can be hard on some days.
2 eggs fried, plain w/ 1 thin slice of bacon

3 chicken wings dipped in bleu cheese ... no breading or sauces on the wings
1 hamburgery patty w/1 piece of cheese, 1 slice of tomato and a little lettuce
Dinner: I think I'll pass.. wing it with some olives or something to shut my stomache up if I can't take it.. maybe put myself to bed extra early to avoid the food.

Exercise: 1 hour of interval training.... walked around the Hobby Lobby and walmart.. ho hum
Well. what the hell.. I live in my danskins... I only go to the gym and walmart for the most part... so I guess it's time to give up and just accept that I'm going to be morbidly obese for whatever's left to my life and that's that! :)

My diet sucks lately but I am maintaining so I'm enjoying the break. I'll work back on it between now and Monday. I'm not sure when right now cuz life will be crazy this weekend since my dad is having a hip replacement tomorrow. I'm sure I will be ran in circles.
