B: Coffee w/heavy cream (0 carbs)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Swedish meatballs (8 carbs)
S: 2 cheese sticks (1 carb)
D: Pot roast with a teeny bit of gravy (3 carbs)
Veggies (3 carbs)
S: Whip cream (2 carbs)
Carbs: 18 carbs
My weight was 281.8 this morning - .4 up from my lowest. Not a big deal. I got my period this morning so it's probably jus****er weight. I'm not worried.
lemme ask... what's in those sweedish meatballs to make 'em 8 carbs? I would ditch those evil carbs and get the same 8 carbs from a nice dish of broccoli or something. Dem are CLEAN carbs.. :)

I know you're gonna think I'm picking on you... but the gravy on the pot roast is a staller.. Usually gravy is made with white flour or corn starch.. I'd go for the juice without additives.
B. 2 eggs w/1 serving of oscar meyer shaved ham for O carbs and 45 cal on the ham.
L. a TURKEY SUB without the bread. Basically, 3 slices of turkey in a bowl with a little lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and vinegar
s. another fluffy cup of coffee.. dayem that vanilla biscotti flavor is just FABULOUS!
D. I'll be making chicken thighs and veggies. 2 thighs w/.. I dunno.. either broccoli or zucchini
Exercise:
another absolutely PERFECT hour of interval on the treadmill. Dayem.. was so good that when the sucker kicked off after an hour, I just had to kick it out of cool down and push the intensity back up.
It's a Swedish Meatball mix by McCormick. It's got some carbs in it. If it makes you feel any better, I only ate half of what I wanted to, because when I heated it up, the oil seperated in the sauce and it was nasty. Tasted fine, but half the meatballs were floating in oil. Gross...
The Land o' Lakes whip cream isn't sold up here. We're stuck with Readi whip and Cool whip. Sucks...
Gravy for dinner, I am going to splurge and have a smidge of gravy. I know it's not the best of choice but one tablespoon won't kill me. I don't eat it often at all. Please don't shoot me.

M1: 2.5 oz. grilled chicken breast; 1/2 cup baked beans
M2: Bottle of Isopure protein drink (40 g protein!)
M3: Very few restaurants are open and ice cannot be found. I had lunch at Cleburne's Cafeteria - a few bites of navy bean soup (it was gross); 1/2 serving fried okra; 2 bites of jalapeno cornbread; a pile of steamed broccoli; 1 bite of german chocolate cake - was 2DIE4 but a taste was all I wanted, gave the rest to my daddy
M4: Isopure protein drink
M5: 3 oz. grilled chicken
Update: My mom found ice!! I'm SO happy - 2 bags so now my grilled chicken won't go bad.
So far today:
1 hour wog, tried to run a few intervals!
1/4 c greek yogurt + 1 c blueberries
1/4 c walnuts over the morning, couple here and there.
L: 1.5 c gazpacho + 2 tbsp greek yogurt + 2 sausage links wrapped in butter lettuce
S: protein lemonade
Supper: 2 shots tequila + diet cokes + atkins friendly appetizers. Going out for drinkie poos with the girls!
