What did you eat today?

I ate a LOT.. but throwing ketones..

1 egg w/1oz ham - sprinkled with cheddar

2 pieces of roast beast w/2 pieces of provolone

1 piece of beast w/1 piece of provolone
1 piece of turkey w/1 piece of provolone

Ok.. I made sausage, peppers, onions, tomatoes - fresh chopped garlic, oregano, olive oil and a touch of butter and topped with a mix of mozarella and some grated cheeses.  I had a small portion - the meat equivalent to 1 sausage link.

and the icing on the cake!
a cup of coffee.  Mixed vanilla biscotti flavor w/regular maxwell house and brewed.  I added splenda, sugar free french vanilla and sugar free whipped cream.  OMG>. talk about DECADENT!

I dunno.. I was a major eater today!!

Exercise:  1 of the most PERFECT hours of interval training I've ever done.   I mean.. perfect.. a 3 minute warmup to a perfect 2 minute push to a perfect 3 minute recovery repeated PERFECTLY for an hour.    :)

B: I made 2 eggs, ham, sausage and bacon.  Wound up eating about a fourth of a cup of it (my band was  T I G H T  this morning...)
L: Hot wings with low carb Tzatziki (we had no blue cheese dressing) (4 carbs)
S: Whip cream (3 carbs)
D: 1 low carb tortilla pizza (4 carbs)
S: Whip cream (3 carbs)
S: I'm still hungry  -  probably roast  beef and some american cheese...

I want coffee at YOUR house!!!

Oh yeah - And I weigh in tomorrow morning so wish me luck!!!

Just remember.. no matter WHAT it is.. don't panic!  Takes time to get over that post induction stall.. just keep doing your do!!!

Just so you don't feel bad if it doesn't go the way you want...

I stick as close to plan as I possibly can.. day in and day out.  Once in a while I might ht 1500 or 1600 calories like yesterday.

I work out like an animal.  You'd think I was a man when it comes to the work I do in and around the house.. and I'm forever moving like a shark.

Yesterday I was 206.4 on the scale..
This morning I'm 210.2

Now.. normally I'd throw a hissy fit and start jumping up and down...  but instead I'm going to realize that I just dumped like 13 lbs of water, and there's going to be a fluid up ...  
Sometimes we have to accept the little curve balls we get thrown and work around them.

I don't know what my deal has been this weekend but here goes my totally crappy day:

B: 1c scrambled eggs w/ hamburger, 1/2c fried potatoes
S: More like a second unneeded breakfast....3 donuts w/ icing
L: nothing
S: 1/4c almonds
D: 1 bbq chicken leg quarter, 1 bbq riblet, 12oz unsweetened OJ

I also had about 10 caramels throughout the day.

Exercise: non-existent. I spend a very large part of my day sleeping.

I had a weird eating day today.

B: IsaLean shake, vanilla with extra protein and IsaFruits
S: Isa Delight chocolate (heaven heaven heaven -)

1 hour at the gym. My gosh... that elliptical/stairstepper thing is an amazing thing. Plus, honey child, grandma's got guns

L: Mongolian grill (yum)

S: ha ha ha where do I begin? Pita chips, whole grain with sesame seeds. Watermelon. One vegan cookie.

D: Chocolate IsaLean shake with one tablespoon of organic peanut butter. Heavens. That was good.

S: Wine, baby!

Lots and lots of water

Lasterday:

1 egg cream:  1 egg + 1 c nf milk + 3 tbsp greek yogurt + lemon flavoring

3 hour bike ride!!!!

3 oz pork verde +1/2 c refrieds + bit of avocado

walked around a pow-wow for an hour

celery, gazpacho

too many crackers and cheese spread while i cooked supper

1 pork verde quesadilla + 1 c rice + 1 tbsp greek yogurt + 1/2 avocado

1/2 **** cream
