1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy peanut butter & sugar-free blueberry jam
1 banana
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee 
2 cups water).

Lunch
Cornmeal mush (prepared by my husband)
Light soy milk 

Dinner
Foot-long chicken bacon ranch sub with provolone cheese and lots of veggies, plus light mayo
Small bag of Sun Chips
1-1/2 cups light soy milk
Bag of Raisinettes candy
2 cups water
