B: Coffee w/Half & half (1 carb - someone's been using my half & half at work so I only had 1 tblsp to use this morning - grrrrr!)
S: Atkin's shake (1 carb)
L: Sausage & Peppers (6 carbs)
S: Cheese Sticks (1 carb)
D: 2 hamburgers from McD's. (2 carbs for the onion)
S: Whip cream (2 carbs)
Carbs: 11
Last night, right after I finished dinner, I realized what I had done. The steak I was eating was marinaded in a very sweet teriyaki sauce - hello??? Sweet!! I didn't even think about it before I ate it. I was so pissed at myself. GRRR!!!
I also cheated again and got on the scale; back down to my lowest:
Good.. glad the half and half is gone! Let's move on to heavy cream!!!
B. 2 eggs fried in a pan with butter

L. COMPLETELY SCRUMPTIOUS LUNCH!
I had a turkey sub - minus the bread! I shouldn't have gone for the tomato and onion.. but dayem it's good. So I put a little romaine, turkey, onion and tomato in a bowl with a little mayo.
D. Who knows.. I am defrosting a whole chicken.. will probaby cook it with a bunch of spices in a covered pan, then take the top off and put the broiler on low to crisp it up some.
Exercise: 1 hour of weights (legs) 40 minutes of cardio. I may go back and do another 45 of cardio.
Scale said 205.2 for a fleeting moment.. hanging at around 206 and change.

M1: 4 whole wheat pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; 4 fresh strawberries
M2: Food from 369 Asian Bistro - 1/2 cup hot and sour soup; 1 cream cheese roll; 1 bite of spicy tangy chicken
I plan to eat the rest of my lunch for dinner; will update later if possible.
It's earily sunny and calm here.....I guess it's the "calm before the storm".

Just hunker down.. it'll pass........... but the time is NOW to have last minute supplies in order. (hand can opener, canned meats, plenty of ice.. fill the bathtub with water.. bleach.. rx meds.. batteries, flashlights, battery operated radio, etc).
Remember that as the cells light up, they're gonna get busy. Text message**** the tower and get sent in less than 1 second and take priority over voice.

BTW, the scale is lookin' good for you. Go girl!
We always do tuna and canned chicken and occasional spam. It makes for good emergency supplies as well as the canned veggies, vienna sausages, tiny jars of mayo, ramen noodles and instant soups I could do with water I heated on the grill. When the world is closed all around us, mama still could feed 'em! :)
Glad to hear your mother is 10 minutes away.. hope all lines of communication stay open and I'm praying for everyone there!
